At Strata, we want you to love your home; if a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Our streamlined process ensures your high-quality home goods are handled with care from your door back to our studio.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original Strata boxing and protective materials to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
